Cedarwood

“And he spake of trees, from the CEDAR tree that is in Lebanon even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall.” 1 Kings 4:33

Cedarwood contains cedrol which is a constituent that promotes relaxation, balance, and increased mental focus.

Was used by the North American Indians to improve their spiritual communication. Cedarwood is known for its purifying properties. Also, very effective for the nervous and respiratory systems. Has been used as an insect repellent and for skin issues.

It may be applied to the area of concern, the bottom of the feet, or in a massage.

Caution: Should be avoided during pregnancy.

Cypress

“He hewest him down cedars, and taketh the cypress and the oak, which he strengtheneth for himself among the tree’s of the forest.” Isaiah 44:14

It’s scent may help create a sense of security and grounding. Cypress is used to support the cardiovascular system, circulation, and women during menstruation and menopause. It contains Monoterpenes which help reprogram cellular memories thus promoting healings at a cellular level. Also, promotes production of white blood cells helping to boost the body’s natural defenses.

Apply along the spine, arm pits, feet, heart and chest, or areas of concern.

Caution: Should be avoided or used with cautionĀ  during pregnancy.
